Touring through Wales

We found a spot we liked for the night and went for a wander along the lake edge to see what they were catching. Trout was the answer. Every Thursday 500 - 800 grown trout are released and they are allowed to catch 6 per day with a fishing licence. We watched them haul in quite a few. The other thing to keep us amused was the 'Hills and Vales Car Rally' that happened to be on today and passing by this side of Llyn Clywedog. They were mostly old MGs and similar open top cars with drivers and passengers dressed for the occasion with scarves flying.
